What did you think of the story?

Cleverly written and very captivating, especially because you are essentially reading the transcripts of a recorded conversation between two people the entire time, Sabrina and Maddie, to understand the entire premise, along with brief intersections of ongoing news reports to give you the full context.

Did the novella live up your expectations?

Totally, and then some… as I was left guessing until the very, very end, truly just who’s past I was really learning about… (which I thought was a very clever magic trick for this novella to perform, and succeeded in doing.)

How was the reading XP?

I really enjoyed how the story was delivered—through found footage-style news articles, video clips and the transcripts of recorded phone calls—although, I did find that made it harder to latch onto the multiple directions we were going within the story, to learn the truth about Sabrina’s past.

I did find after revisiting some of my highlighted portions that it really connected for me. So kudos George for really captivating my morbid curiosity way after my reading XP; making me very engaged in truly comprehending what I just read and eager to connected those cosmic dots…

Would you recommend to other souls?
